Indication
Treatment of onychomycoses caused by dermatophytes, yeasts, and moulds.
Dosage (summary)
Apply nail lacquer once or twice weekly; treatment duration is 6 months for fingernails and 9-12 months for toenails.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Limited experience; avoid use during pregnancy and lactation.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to amorolfine or excipients
Common side effects
- Nail discoloration
- Broken nails
- Brittle nails
- Skin burning sensation
- Contact dermatitis
Counselling Points
- File down affected nails before application.
- Clean nails with alcohol-soaked swab before each application.
- Do not use the same nail file for healthy nails.
Serious warnings
- Avoid contact with skin around nails, eyes, ears, and mucous membranes.
- Use of artificial nails should be avoided.
