Dosage (summary)
0.25 to 0.5 units/kg weekly or twice weekly; maintenance 1 unit daily or 5 units weekly.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Elderly
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; breastfeeding not recommended during therapy.

- Increased pulmonary toxicity with oxygen
- Cisplatin may delay clearance
