Indication

Treatment of squamous cell carcinomas and certain lymphomas.

Dosage (summary)

0.25 to 0.5 units/kg weekly or twice weekly; maintenance 1 unit daily or 5 units weekly.

Special Populations

  • Renal impairment
  • Elderly

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy; breastfeeding not recommended during therapy.

Key Drug Interactions

  • Increased pulmonary toxicity with oxygen
  • Cisplatin may delay clearance

  • Hypersensitivity to bleomycin
