Indication

1,250 mg/mu00b2 twice daily for 14 days, followed by 7 days rest; adjust for renal impairment.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation due to potential risks.

- Hypersensitivity to capecitabine
- Severe renal impairment
- Severe hepatic impairment
- DPD deficiency

- Diarrhoea

- Neutropenia
- Fatigue
- Palmar-plantar erythrodysaesthesia
Counselling Points
- Take with water within 30 mins after meals.
- Report any signs of severe toxicity immediately.
