Indication
For the treatment of chronic constipation.
Dosage (summary)
1 sachet daily for children 2-6 years; 2 sachets for 7-11 years; max 4 sachets/day.
Special Populations
- Impaired cardiovascular function
- Renal insufficiency
- Children under 2 years
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding; limited data available.

- Reduced absorption of solid dose medications
- Decreased efficacy with anti-epileptics
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity
- Intestinal perforation or obstruction
- Severe inflammatory bowel conditions
