Indication
Acute, severe colicky pains of the biliary, urinary and gastro-intestinal tract.
Dosage (summary)
1 ampoule (5 ml) IV slowly; may repeat 2-3 times daily.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use only if benefits outweigh risks; avoid during breastfeeding if possible.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to pyrazolone
- Granulocytopenia
- Analgesic-induced asthma

- Prostate hypertrophy
- Myasthenia gravis
- Pregnancy (3rd trimester)
- Children under 12 months

- Dry mouth
- Hypotension

- Monitor for signs of blood dyscrasia
- Avoid alcohol
