Indication

Dosage (summary)

200 mg once daily for 14 days, then 200 mg twice daily.

Special Populations

  • Hepatic impairment
  • Renal impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in breastfeeding; single dose may be used during labor.

  • Fluconazole
  • Warfarin

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to nevirapine
  • Severe hepatic dysfunction
  • End-stage renal failure
