Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: 100 mg three times daily, maintenance 300-400 mg daily, max 600 mg.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 7-10 days for therapeutic levels.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy; may cause congenital abnormalities. Avoid breastfeeding.
