Dosage (summary)
10 mg orally once daily; reduce to 5 mg if needed.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; not recommended during breastfeeding.

- Pneumonitis
