Indication
Prophylaxis of angina pectoris and treatment of mild to moderate hypertension.
Dosage (summary)
180 mg once or twice daily or 240 mg once daily; start with reduced doses in elderly or impaired function.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 30-60 mins, Duration: 6-8 hours

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation due to potential teratogenic effects and excretion in milk.
