Special Populations

- Renal impairment

Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

- Anticoagulants may raise INR
- CNS depressants may enhance sedation
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to cetirizine
- Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 mL/min)
- Asthma history
- Pregnancy
- Lactation

- Dizziness
- Headache

- May cause sedation in some individuals

- Risk of urinary retention
