Dosage (summary)

200 mg loading dose on day 1, followed by 100 mg daily.

Special Populations

  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Not recommended in pregnancy; unknown if excreted in breast milk.
