Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; may cause fetal harm. Avoid breastfeeding to prevent HIV transmission.

- Voriconazole
- St. John's wort
- Astemizole
- Benzodiazepines
- Ergot derivatives
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to components
- Moderate to severe renal impairment
- History of liver injury with efavirenz
