- Trimethoprim increases lamivudine exposure
- Methadone may require dose adjustment
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to abacavir or lamivudine
- Moderate to severe hepatic impairment
- Weight < 40 kg
- Children < 12 years

- Nausea
