200 mg 2-3 times daily or 400 mg once daily.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

- Oral anticoagulants

- Hypersensitivity to bezafibrate
- Liver dysfunction
- Gall-bladder diseases
- Dialysis patients
- Severe renal impairment

- Gastrointestinal disturbances
- Myopathy
- Rhabdomyolysis
- Dizziness
- Nausea

- Take with meals
- Monitor lipid levels regularly
- Report muscle pain or weakness
Serious warnings
- Risk of rhabdomyolysis with statins
- Monitor renal function in patients on immunosuppressants
