Indication

1 drop in affected eye(s) once daily in the evening.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to potential risks.
Key Drug Interactions
- Other prostaglandin analogues may reduce IOP-lowering effect.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to bimatoprost or benzalkonium chloride.
Common side effects
- Conjunctival hyperaemia
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Eye irritation
- Iris hyperpigmentation
Counselling Points
- Avoid contact of dropper tip with surfaces.
- Remove contact lenses before use.
- Monitor for changes in eye appearance.
Serious warnings
- Potential for permanent iris pigmentation.
- Caution in patients with respiratory issues.
