Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: 200 mg twice daily, increase as needed. Max 1600 mg/day. Children: 10-20 mg/kg/day, max 1000 mg.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to risks of malformations and adverse effects.
