Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

- MAOIs
- CYP2D6 inhibitors
- Serotonergic medicines
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to vortioxetine
- Concomitant use with MAOIs
Common side effects
- Nausea
- Dizziness
- Headache
- Diarrhoea

- Monitor for suicidal behavior
- Avoid abrupt discontinuation
- Caution with driving due to dizziness
Serious warnings
- Risk of suicidal thoughts
