Indication

320 mg daily (4 capsules) or 160 mg twice daily (2 capsules).
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
May cause fetal harm; avoid breastfeeding during treatment.

- Strong CYP3A inhibitors

- Strong CYP3A inducers
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to zanubrutinib

- Neutropenia
- Pneumonia
- Fatigue
- Diarrhea
- Rash

- Take with water, do not chew capsules.
- Avoid grapefruit and Seville oranges.
- Use effective contraception during treatment.

- Risk of second primary malignancies
- Monitor for atrial fibrillation
