Indication

60 mg once daily; reduce to 40 mg or 20 mg if needed.

Special Populations

  • Elderly
  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Avoid during pregnancy; discontinue breastfeeding during treatment and for 4 months after.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to cabozantinib
