2 mg once daily, 1-2 hours before bedtime after food.

Key Drug Interactions

  • Fluvoxamine increases melatonin levels
  • Cimetidine increases melatonin levels
  • Alcohol reduces effectiveness

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to melatonin or excipients
  • Autoimmune diseases

Common side effects

  • Drowsiness
  • Headache
  • Dizziness

  • Take 1-2 hours before bedtime
