Indication

Dosage (summary)
75 mg daily; 300 mg loading dose for acute coronary syndrome, then 75 mg daily.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 2 hours, Duration: 7 days after discontinuation.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

- Thrombocytopenia
