Indication
Reduction of elevated intraocular pressure in glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
Dosage (summary)
One drop in the affected eye(s) once daily, preferably in the evening.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 3-4 hours, Duration: 24 hours
Special Populations
- Children under 3 years
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

- Additive effect with beta-blockers
- Avoid multiple prostaglandin analogues
