Use in pregnancy only if benefits outweigh risks; unknown if excreted in breast milk.

- Hypersensitivity to components
- Serious chronic disease
- Acute fever

- Pain at injection site
- Transient fever
- Fatigue

- Monitor for allergic reactions for 30 mins
