Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to potential risks.

  • Hypersensitivity to components
  • Moderate to severe hepatic impairment

  • Screen for HLA-B*5701 allele before use
  • Never restart after hypersensitivity
  • Monitor for symptoms of lactic acidosis
