Indication

Dosage (summary)
Dogs: 5 mg/kg daily; Cats: 7 mg/kg daily.

Special Populations
- Dogs < 6 months
- Cats < 2.3 kg
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnant or lactating animals due to potential risks.
Key Drug Interactions
- Azoles (e.g., ketoconazole)
- Macrolides (e.g., erythromycin)
- P-glycoprotein substrates
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to ciclosporin
- Malignant disorders
- Live vaccines during treatment
- Dogs < 2 kg
- Cats with FeLV/FIV
