Indication

Dosage (summary)
One tablet once daily for adults and adolescents over 40 kg.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy (peri-conception and first trimester) and breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- Dofetilide
- Metformin
- Polyvalent cation-containing antacids
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to abacavir, dolutegravir, or lamivudine
- Moderate and severe hepatic impairment
- Creatinine clearance < 50 mL/min

- Diarrhoea
- Fatigue
- Rash

- Inform about hypersensitivity risks and symptoms.
