Dosage (summary)

Adults: 100 mg twice daily on day 1, then 100 mg daily.

Special Populations

  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment
  • Elderly

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation due to risk of teeth discoloration.

  • Diminished absorption with milk and antacids
