    Initial dose for hypertension: 10 mg once daily; maintenance: 20 mg once daily.

    Special Populations

    • Renal impairment
    • Elderly

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Contraindicated in pregnancy; caution in breastfeeding.
