Dosage (summary)
Adults: 5 ml or 1 sachet in water; max 2 doses every 2-3 hours, max 14 days.

Key Drug Interactions
- Increased renal clearance of acidic medicines
- Decreased renal clearance of basic medicines
- Enhances lithium excretion

- Hypersensitivity
- Hypertension
- Heart failure
- Cirrhosis
- Metabolic alkalosis
- Hypocalcaemia
- Hypochlorhydria

- Flatulence
- Stomach cramps
- Abdominal distension
