Indication
Prevention of pregnancy.
Dosage (summary)
One patch applied weekly for 3 weeks, followed by a patch-free week.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; may affect lactation and cause adverse effects in breastfed infants.

- Check patch daily for adhesion
- Use additional contraception if patch is detached for >24 hours

- Increased risk of thromboembolic events
