900 mg twice daily for 21 days for induction; 900 mg once daily for maintenance.

- Imipenem-cilastatin
- Zidovudine

- Hypersensitivity to valganciclovir or ganciclovir
- Breastfeeding
Common side effects
- Neutropenia
- Anaemia
- Diarrhoea
