Dosage (summary)
Adults: 50-250 mL depending on procedure; Children: 1-4 mL/kg.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Diabetes mellitus
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Avoid use in pregnancy; monitor thyroid function in neonates exposed in utero. Discontinue breastfeeding for 24 hours post-administration.

- Hypersensitivity to iomeprol
- Severe liver or renal impairment
