Indication
Long acting mydriatic and cycloplegic.
Dosage (summary)
1 drop twice daily for refraction; 1 drop 3 times daily for uveitis.

Onset: 30 mins, Duration: 1 week

- Patients with Down syndrome
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy; caution in breastfeeding.
