Dosage (summary)
Adults: 60-200 mg/mu00b2/day; adjust for children based on body surface area.

- TPMT-deficient patients
- NUDT15 variant patients
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Avoid in pregnancy; contraindicated in breastfeeding.
