    Indication

    For treatment of HIV-1 in adults and adolescents (u226512 years, u226535 kg).

    Dosage (summary)

    200/25 mg once daily with or without food.

    Special Populations

    • Elderly
    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Not recommended in pregnancy unless no alternatives; contraindicated in breastfeeding.

    Key Drug Interactions

    • Anticonvulsants (e.g., carbamazepine, phenytoin)
    • Rifampicin
    • St. John's wort

    Contraindications

    • Hypersensitivity to active substances

    Common side effects

    • Diarrhoea
    • Nausea
    • Headache
