100 mg/day for adults > 40 kg; 2 mg/kg/day for adults u2264 40 kg.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- Sirolimus
- Nifedipine
- Itraconazole
- Amphotericin B
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to micafungin or excipients

- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Rash
- Phlebitis
