Indication
Treatment of elevated intraocular pressure in glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
Dosage (summary)
1 drop in affected eye(s) 3 times daily as monotherapy; 2 times daily with beta-blockers.

- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; unknown if excreted in breast milk.

- Timolol
- Betaxolol
- Oral carbonic anhydrase inhibitors
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to dorzolamide
- Moderate to severe renal impairment

- Burning and stinging eyes
- Conjunctivitis
