Dosage (summary)
IV: 30 mg/kg for life-threatening conditions; 1 g/day for 3 days for SLE or MS.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Safety in pregnancy not established; excreted in breast milk, may cause adrenal suppression in infants.
