Indication

For mild to moderate pain associated with tension.

Dosage (summary)

Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed, max 8 tablets/day.

Onset of Action / Duration

Onset: 15-30 mins, Duration: 4-6 hours

  • Elderly
  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Use during pregnancy should be avoided if possible; codeine not recommended during breastfeeding.

  • Acute asthma
