Indication

Alleviation of insomnia.

Dosage (summary)

1-2 tablets at bedtime for adults over 12 years.

Onset: 30 mins, Duration: 6-8 hours

• Hepatic impairment
• Renal impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

• CNS depressants
• MAOIs
• QT prolonging medications

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to doxylamine
• Severe cardiovascular disorders
• Epilepsy
• Acute asthma attack
