Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: IM/IV 10-60 mg; max 90 mg/day (<65 years), 60 mg/day (u226565 years, renal impairment).
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 30 mins, Duration: 4-6 hours
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; may impair fertility.
Key Drug Interactions
- Increased bleeding risk with anticoagulants
- Avoid with other NSAIDs
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to ketorolac
- Active peptic ulcer disease
- Severe renal impairment
- Pregnancy
