Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: ORELOX 100: 100 mg every 12 hours; ORELOX 200: 200 mg every 12 hours.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not established for pregnancy; excreted in breast milk.
Key Drug Interactions
- Increased bioavailability with meals
- Reduces contraceptive effect of oestrogens
- Enhances anticoagulant effect of warfarin
Contraindications
- Known sensitivity to cephalosporins
- Phenylketonuria
- Children under 1 year
