Indication
Short-term treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever.
Dosage (summary)
1 g IV up to 4 times daily for adults >50 kg; 15 mg/kg for adults <50 kg.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 15 mins, Duration: 4-6 hours

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
- Elderly
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use in pregnancy only if necessary; caution in breastfeeding.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to paracetamol
- Severe hepatocellular insufficiency
- Active liver disease
