20 mg once daily for a maximum of 14 days.

- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment

Key Drug Interactions
- Increased digoxin availability
- Reduced absorption of azole antifungals
- Increased PT/INR with warfarin
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to pantoprazole
- Severe liver impairment
- Co-administration with atazanavir

- Headache
- Dizziness
- Gastrointestinal complaints
