Adults: 1-3 tablets (60 mg) 2-4 times daily; Children: 7 mg/kg daily.

- Hypersensitivity to pyridostigmine
- Mechanical intestinal or urinary obstruction

- Weakness
- Nausea

- Titrate dosage based on response
- Avoid abrupt discontinuation

- Risk of cholinergic crisis
