Indication
Treatment of autoimmune diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis.
Dosage (summary)
Rheumatoid arthritis: 3 mg/kg IV at weeks 0, 2, 6, then every 8 weeks. Other indications: 5 mg/kg IV at weeks 0, 2, 6, then every 6-8 weeks.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use contraception during treatment; avoid live vaccines in infants exposed in utero.

- Methotrexate may reduce antibody formation

- Severe infections
