Indication

Dosage (summary)

5-15 mg/kg IV every 2-3 weeks depending on cancer type.

Special Populations

  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment
  • Paediatric population

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding during treatment and for 6 months after.

Key Drug Interactions

  • Sunitinib
  • Platinum-based therapies
  • Taxane-based therapies

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to bevacizumab
  • Pregnancy
  • Lactation
  • Concomitant use with sunitinib
