Indication

5 mg once daily, may increase to 10 mg once daily.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; not recommended during breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- Potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole)
- Other anticholinergic medications
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to solifenacin
- Urinary retention
- Uncontrolled narrow angle glaucoma
- Myasthenia gravis
- Toxic megacolon
- Severe renal impairment
- Severe hepatic impairment
Common side effects
- Dry mouth
- Constipation
- Blurred vision
- Somnolence

- Take orally with or without food.
- May cause blurred vision; caution with driving.
- Report any allergic reactions.

- QT prolongation risk
- Angioedema
