Dosage (summary)
Induction: 56 mg twice weekly for 4 weeks; Maintenance: 56 mg or 84 mg weekly or biweekly.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; breastfeeding not advised due to potential neurotoxicity.
