Indication

Dosage (summary)
Initial dose: 0.5 mg/kg for children; 40 mg for adults. Maintenance: 1.2 mg/kg or 80 mg max.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not established in pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding.
